Lonnmeter will, at its option, repair or replace the product or any defective parts with a product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. Replacement products and parts are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 60 days or, the remainder of the applicable warranty period of the original BBQHERO Product they are replacing or in which they are installed, whichever is longer. This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage or loss which may be the result from wear and tear, abnormal storage conditions, incorrect use, commercial use, or use with 3rd Party Products hardware/software, abuse, improper installation of the product, static discharge, neglect, lightning, accidents, or other external causes, and does not apply if the product has been tampered with, modified, altered or repaired in any way without expressed authorization by Lonnmeter.

Warranty is voided when product is used outside the specifications of the product. For example, but not limited to exposing the product to temperatures higher than its maximum threshold, submerging and leaving in water when not in use, charging product with incorrect charger, etc.
